Our artifacts are personal specimens. Due to the molecular nature of our extractions, we maintain a strict integrity protocol to ensure the safety and quality of every batch.
14 Day Window
Requests must be initialized within 14 Earth days from artifact reception.
Seal Integrity
Extractions must remain sealed. Opened molecular artifacts cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Quality Audit
Every returned specimen undergoes a clinical audit before a credit is issued.
Initialize Reversion
To begin the protocol, please dispatch an electronic mail to our support unit with your order identifier. We will provide a pre-authorized displacement label if the artifact meets our integrity criteria.
